Of course, after getting a business permit, we have to register our business to BIR. Our business is under my name and it's single proprietorship. Therefore, I can use my personal tin number to register our business.
We went to BIR RD 39. It is located along Quezon Avenue. We told the guard that we're going to get Certificate of Registration. He gave us a number and waited. Ms. Bambi gave us the list of requirements such as 1901, 1903, 0605, 1905, 1906, Photocopy of DTI Certificate, Photocopy of Mayor's Permit, Book of Accounts. All of the forms are available there. You have to have 3 copies for each forms. We filled it out then gave the other requirements to Ms. Bambi. We went to the officer of the day for assessment (with vat or non vat). The officer of the day asked as questions regarding the business. He decided that we register for non vat.
We have to go back the next day to pay for it because the accredited bank is closed. The list of accredited banks is posted just outside the BIR office. Also, we attended a seminar regarding BIR do's and don'ts.

Authority to Print is needed for you to get a receipt. There are several accredited printing offices. It is posted outside the office as well. For us, the guard from BIR recommended someone. The good thing about this is that they are the one who will print the sample receipt and will follow up with BIR. I just waited for their text once the receipt is ready. We just paid Php1,000 for 10 rolls. (If you need her number, let us know. Kat kat will help you.)

The next step is to buy the books of journal. You can buy it in national bookstore or in the BIR office. We bought 1 journal, 1 ledger, 2 columnar books. You have We filled it out then went to the officer of the day to get a signature.
After 2 days, we are able to get our Certificate of Registration. For the receipts, we waited for a week to get the printed receipt.
